Cynthia assists her adult and young adult clients to balance the stress of life with healthy goals, focus, their own unique strengths and supports.  She continually encourages personal growth and self awareness for every season of life, offering hope, healing and sound life wisdom to each and every client seeking a safe place to process and share; while growing past the challenge of each season of living.

Cynthia has done extensive work with adoption adjustments, foster care challenges, grief-trauma and past abuse in local inpatient and outpatient clinics.  She began working with teens as a college student through various outreach programs.  Her areas of graduate studies focused on family dynamics, couples therapy, neuro-psychology and neurodevelopment.

She understands the challenges of parenting and empowers parents to maintain healthy relationships at all stages of their children’s personal growth.  As a strong voice for minor clients, Cynthia has had experience in the family law system.  Her goal is to allow the child to continue to grow and thrive despite the conflicts of parents, guardian, courts or placements.
